AGI Corporate Finance Limited ("AGI" or "the company") was founded in 1997 by Robert Hamburger and Jane Foster as a corporate finance advisory firm that specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as the raising of Venture and Development Capital. AGI undertakes financial advisory assignments on an exclusive basis that are designed to meet the clients' specific requirements. AGI is headquartered in London and works throughout Europe and North America. In today's competitive, global business environment, companies and investors often need an advisor with an international presence.

AGI's business is focused on car washes, healthcare, technology-driven businesses, and real estate. However, AGI continues to develop its Corporate Finance and Venture and Development Capital divisions in a range of different industries on both sides of the Atlantic .

Robert Hamburger

Chairman & Chief Executive

Bob has many years of experience in important M&A transactions in Europe and in the United States. Bob worked with Chase principally in Continental Europe and in the UK between 1970 and 1978, and then Goldman Sachs in London and New York between 1979 and 1988. During that time he was involved in many M&A deals including several transactions with a value in excess of £500 million. Bob then became Head of Corporate Finance for Smith Barney in Europe and and an Executive Vice President of Smith Barney through which he had approximately 50 professionals working for him in the M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory areas.

Bob also served on the boards of several corporations including the Virginia Bio Technology Research Institute. Bob is Chairman and CEO of H&M Partners Limited, an international investment company and corporate finance house , which he founded in 1991 and in 1997 transferred the corporate finance business to the newly founded AGI Corporate Finance Limited and has been instrumental in its development into a transatlantic corporate finance house. He has led and overseen over 75 transactions since the foundation of H&M and AGI.

Prior to embarking on his business career, Bob achieved an AB in Political Science from Notre Dame in 1965 and was awarded an MA in Soviet Studies in 1967. Bob then received a Fellowship from ND to pursue his PhD which he achieved in 1971 after doing research at the Bibliotheque Nationale de France.

Bob has three boys, two Identical twins, Peter & John and Edward as well as two grand daughters, Sofia and Layla.

John Wellhausen

Managing Director

John Wellhausen is self-employed as a financial consultant and manager. He has been president of Memphis Gamma Knife, Inc., since 2003. In addition, since 2003 he has been active as a Managing Director of AGI Corporate Finance, Ltd. He served as CEO of United Medical Imaging, LLC, a privately held multi-state outpatient imaging company, from 2003 until 2007. From 1983 to 2003, John served in a variety of financial capacities with The Marmon Group of Companies, spending his last eight years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MarCap Corporation, a specialized lender and Investment Company. From 2006 to 2012, John was a member of the board of directors with RELM Wireless Corporation (publicly traded) where he served as Audit Committee Chairman.

John has completed over one billion dollars in new financing transactions and led several leveraged buy outs.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is a Registered CPA in the state of Illinois.

Jane Foster

Director

Co-director and founding partner Jane heads up all research and administrative activity for AGI.
